It seems he had two wives, the first, Nancy Brown, of Groton, Mass; 2nd w., Mary Freeman. He d. March 9, 1780, ae 63. Children: 1. Mary, b. March 4, 1749; m. Randall McAllister. One ch, Mary, m. Wm. Samuel, b. -- 7. George, b. -- 8. Anna, b. -- ; d. when about 20 yrs of age There was said to be an Esther, who was very small in size, and unm. She left town with George. She was by the 1st wife. WILLIAM BLAIR, son of John Blair. b. May 20, 1750; He served in the Revolutionary War and was present at the battle of Bunker Hill. He lived in the east part of the town, near to the Cunningham Pond, on the farm now occupied by Franklin Field. The house has been demolished. He m. Elizabeth Little, dau of Thomas Little, Senior, Dec. 2, 1787. He d. Oct 13, 1825, ae 76. She d. Jan 12, 1842, ae 86. Children: 1. Agnes Nancy, b. Sep 22, 1788; m. James W. Swan 2. +William, b. Oct 13, 1794; m. Abigail Palmer 3. John, b. July 1, 1796; d. Albany New York William Blair, son of William & Elizabeth (Little) Blair, was b. Oct 13, 1794. He succeeded his father on the homestead. He m. Abigail Palmer, b. Feb 12, 1800. He d. Aug 2, 1852, ae 58. She d. March 2 1859, ae 59. Children: 1. John, b. July 24, 1818; m. Eliza Thurston Jan 1, 1846; resided Fayville, Mass. Two ch. 2. William, b. Dec 24, 1819; d. June 22, 1826, ae 6 yrs, 5 mos. 3. Elizabeth, b. Oct 4, 1821; m. Silas Bullard, Aug 10, 1841; resided Mason NH 4. Joseph L., b. July 28, 1823; d.
